What your trainers get
Today's shift on one screen
Trainers see who is in, who is due and who needs a word, in that order. When three members walk in together, the trainer marks all three in with one tap.
From free PT to paid PT
You choose how many free PT weeks a new member gets.
Every new member, tracked
Trainers can see how many free PT sessions each new member has done.
The app never shows prices. Your desk sells PT packages, as it does today. If a member says no at the desk, nobody asks them again for 30 days.
What you control
You run the gym side from a dashboard. Trainers only see the members you give them.
- Add trainers by phone number. If you remove a trainer, your members' data leaves their phone the next time they open the app.
- Set each trainer's shifts for every day of the week.
- Add each trainer's certificates and when they expire.
- Give each member one or more trainers. If you move a member to another trainer, the old trainer loses access straight away.
- See attendance: who came in, when, and who marked them in.
- Turn free PT weeks on or off, and choose how long they last.
- Get PT requests at the desk, and mark whether the member took PT or said not now.
What it won't do
- Trainers can't add or remove injury notes. Only members can.
- Trainers can't change meals or the member's programme. Their changes last for today or this week, and the member can say no.
- There are no private notes. Members can read everything written about them.
- You see attendance only. Workouts, food and weight stay between members and their trainers.
- A member can stop sharing at any time. Their data leaves the trainer's phone, and attendance stays.
- It works without internet. Sets are saved on the phone and upload when the signal is back.
